Can I cancel any time?›
Yes. Cancel from your billing dashboard whenever you like. Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period, then your account returns to the Free plan. Your profile, messages, quotes, and reviews are preserved.
How does annual billing work?›
Annual plans are billed once for the full year. Pro is $468 billed annually. Elite is $1,290 billed annually. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
What happens if I downgrade?›
You keep your existing data, messages, quotes, reviews, and verification records. If your account exceeds the new plan's limits, you'll be asked to choose which items remain active. Nothing is deleted automatically.
Do you guarantee leads or customers?›
No. Plans control your eligible visibility, tools, and lead allowance on the platform. Actual leads, customers, and revenue depend on your market, pricing, reviews, and response time.
Do you offer refunds?›

When will paid features go live?›
Paid plans are launching soon. During the demo period, plan selections are stored but not billed.
